[1] Begin your ritual by sifting 5–10 grams of matcha into a bowl. Next, [2] add 25–50 ml of 70–80°C water. [3] Whisk the mixture with chasen in a zig-zag motion until it becomes frothy. [4] For a classic tea experience, you can sip it mindfully at this stage. Alternatively, you can mix it with your favorite milk, whether dairy or plant-based, and get creative with a world of possibilities.
